Ant Law’s Debut Album Launch – ‘Entanglement’ – J, on Monday March 11, 2013
A pioneer of the ‘perfect fourths’ tuning system for the guitar, Ant is now a highly enticing presence within the country’s young jazz movement. He makes regular trips to New York to study with his heroes Ben Monder, Lage Lund, Adam Rogers, Gilad Hekselman, Tim Miller, and significantly Ari Hoenig, with their collective influences audible in his music. With his debut album Entanglement he plants his flag on home ground with great assurance, technical ability, and melodic and rhythmic flair.
