The 3rd UAE Clinical Simulation Conference is one of the leading events on clinical simulation in the Middle East. It was organised by the Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor Medical Simulation Centre in collaboration with the Society in Europe for Simulation Applied to Medicine. The conference put its main focus on the latest information on clinical simulation while also tackling the topics of gamification and virtual environments. Its aim was to increase awareness regarding the use and benefits of the above mentioned topics to facilitate healthcare education, while it also served as a networking outlet making it possible to share knowledge with other healthcare institutions both regionally and internationally.
