This role provides multi-channel customer support across all user types (ticket buyers, event creators and network partners). This role responds to user issues and concerns, and routes requests to the relevant department. They must construct responses that may include product knowledge base content and workaround solutions for specific issues. This individual will be a product expert, and must be able to document user issues, bugs, feature requests, and feedback to the Client Services Lead. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting and supporting complex software products and responding to customer concerns. Experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS company is a bonus. We are looking for this person to work with clients during the event occurrence which is likely to be out of office hours and include weekends

  • Location: Denver, CO (preferred), remote candidates will be considered.
  • Office Hours – Out of Hours / 4pm to 12pm – Saturday & Sunday required.


  • Provide a high level of technical support for new and experienced users via email, phone and chat
  • Document and organize customer feedback with clarity and specificity
  • Identify technical escalations when necessary and write clear and concise bug reports for the engineering team to investigate
  • Collaborate with the sales team to set up and configure events as per event creators’ requirements
  • Assist with the successful onboarding of new clients & provide technical training for existing users
  • Engage with the customer enthusiastically, understand their needs, and share their concern and curiosity about solving their problems

About You

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are tech savvy with experience using a variety of software applications 
  • You have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • You are self-driven and highly motivated to help customers succeed
  • You deliver results under pressure, work independently, and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • You are personable and outgoing but also empathetic to the customer and passionate about solving their problems 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a client-facing role required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively 
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer service, training, or other client-facing role
  • Experience working in multi-channel customer success teams and environments
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical information with clarity
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer success role, or other client-facing SaaS role is a plus
