We are seeking a highly motivated Ticketing Sales Development Manager to join our team at Evvnt. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new event organizer customers for Evvnt’s ticketing services. The Sales Development Manager will conduct product demos, close deals, and collaborate with partners to drive sales and help venues and promoters grow their business.
Job Location: Denver, Traverse City, MI, Boston, or work from home
Responsibilities:
- Conduct demos of Evvnt’s ticketing platform for event organizer prospects, showcasing its features and benefits.
- Close deals with ticketing prospects by effectively communicating the value proposition and addressing any objections.
- Manage the sales pipeline to maximize sales opportunities and meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Serve as an event ticketing and marketing expert, providing guidance to event organizers to help drive their ticket sales.
- Collaborate with partner sales and marketing teams to identify and source opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Train partner sales and marketing staff on Evvnt’s offerings to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions post-sale, working closely with partners and Evvnt’s Client Services team.
- Provide feedback to the Product team for new ticketing and marketing features, based on customer needs and market trends.
- Assist with handling challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in either Inside Sales, event management, or event promotion.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively, present persuasively, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executives and C-level decision-makers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome objections.
- Solid experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and/or G Suite.
- Experience working with a CRM system is preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to formulate a partnership strategy and execute it effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the sales process and a successful sales track record.
