Scarborough Borough Council run many events throughout the year in the Scarborough and district area.

They were looking for a simple yet effective solution to submitting events; whilst saving time for their marketing team.  Most importantly Scarborough Borough Council wanted to get their events seen online.

Filey Food Festival is a collection of the finest food, ales, craft, beer and live music on the Yorkshire Coast; all set in the picturesque gardens overlooking Filey Bay.  Entry is completely free!
Now in its second year, Filey Food Festival returns stronger than ever with a children’s fairground, local real ale festival and wine tasting, not to mention a series of professional cookery demonstrations using the ‘Deliciously Yorkshire‘ Mobile Kitchen and and the eagerly anticipated ‘Great Big Bake Off’.

We published Filey Food Festival to over 30 event sites and watched as the sites supplied live links – submitted sites go live within 24 hours to 7 working days.

 

We distributed their event across all relative platforms as well as locally, nationally, globally and socially with a total site reach of 30.5 M!

We wanted to reach the required number of participants to the event, that is why we made every effort to broadcast it on a wide network composed of 2 targeted sites, 11 global sites, 12 national and local sites and 4 social sites.
