Every month, we give a shout-out to a partner who uses Evvnt’s technology to shape the heartbeat of their community. This month, we’re raising a glass to our partner 904Tix from Jacksonville Magazine.
Jacksonville Magazine has been a trusted voice in Northeast Florida for over 35 years, celebrating the people, places, and events that define the region’s vibrant culture. Through 904Tix, the magazine connects readers directly to the best local happenings — from food festivals and concerts to charity galas and community gatherings — making it easier than ever to experience all that Jacksonville has to offer.

We spoke with Jared Alexander, Event Manager & Ad Coordinator at Jacksonville Magazine and 904Tix, who works closely with the magazine’s editorial team to ensure local events get the spotlight they deserve across every platform — print, digital, and in their engaging online calendars.
Keeping Jacksonville Connected Through Local Events
When asked about his favorite aspect of the Evvnt Ticketing platform, Jared highlighted its detailed reporting tools:
“The platform’s reporting is great! Being able to export data and work with it in Excel is very useful for marketing future events.”
He also praised the ease of collaboration between Evvnt’s tools and Jacksonville Magazine’s existing media network, saying that the platform makes it easy to keep event promotion simple while amplifying reach.
Some of 904Tix’s most active and engaging partners include Intuition Ale Works, Blue Jay Listening Room, and Gogh Create, along with a growing mix of nonprofits, performing arts groups, and community organizations across Northeast Florida.
“We keep things personal,” Jared shared. “I stay in close contact with our promoters — helping them set up events, craft engaging descriptions, and take advantage of cross-promotion through Jacksonville Magazine’s digital and print audiences. Our goal is to make ticketing simple and marketing powerful.”
That local-first focus is clearly working. In the past year alone, 904Tix helped over 60 local organizers sell nearly 40,000 tickets and generate more than $1.6 million in revenue — a huge win for community-based arts, culture, and entertainment.
