It all began in 2007 for Get Licensed… At the time, only a few training providers were delivering SIA Security Training scattered around the country, finding the right course and applying for an SIA Licence was not an easy task. So our founder an ex-security guard and an IT professional set on a mission to create a website that took the pain away and made it easy to book quality and affordable career training. The idea was to help people find the right course, at the nearest location and take the fuss away from the complex SIA application process.

They were looking for a simple solution to submit events to relevant listing sites, including their own Facebook – by using evvnt they found a big time saving tool, new audience reach and event marketing momentum that ‘pings’ activity into natural search.
1Description of the event

SIA Door Supervisor Course on Thursday June 20, 2013 at 8:00 am.The role of a Door Supervisor is, put simply, to provide a comfortable, pleasant and safe atmosphere for anyone using the premises on which he or she works.
