Café Kick was born 1997 out of an old Toy Shop in Exmouth Market. It originally opened as a Continental Bar/Café, and quickly grew into a very busy Continental Bar/Café!
It’s the place where everybody in the neighbourhood and the rest of the world come together to enjoy everything from coffees in the afternoon, to our famous cocktails (and a game of baby foot in between), all supported by hearty lunches or tapas in the evening…and not to forget the game on the screens.
They were looking for a simple solution to submit events to their own Facebook, a time saving tool, a new audience reach and event marketing momentum that ‘pings’ activity into natural search – the solution is evvnt.
Kid, I Wrote Back – Spoken Word Monday in Shoreditch, Monday October 14, 2013
KID, I WROTE BACK is London’s most diverse, eclectic, and progressive poetry and spoken-word open-mic night.
Are you ready? First-timers, and stage-virgins, perform alongside featured and published acts in just about the only place you can get a lucky-dip of the best poets and writers around.
KID, is a platform for all poets and spoken word artists. It is the brainchild of Chimène Suleyman a writer and poet, and host Dylan Sage, a writer and emcee who has entertained with the likes of The Nextmen and Breaking Bread.
We published Kid, I Wrote Back to over 45 event sites and watched as the sites supplied live links – submitted sites go live within 24 hours to 7 working days.
We distributed their event across all relative platforms as well as locally, nationally, globally and socially with a total site reach of 40.8 M!
We wanted to reach the required number of participants to the event, that is why we made every effort to broadcast it on a wide network composed of 9 targeted sites, 14 global sites, 17 national and local sites and 4 social sites.

We can grow your audience reach and achieve better natural search. The publishers who we work with can expect to appear on the first page of Google, when searching for Revolution Deansgate Locks we reached 90% coverage on the first page of search and continued to deliver coverage on pages two, three, four and five.
Social engagement and interaction became an important part of the post publishing as we started to look at how to engage with consumers though ‘likes’, shares’, ‘tweets’, ‘retweets’ then lastly through visuals and pinning.
To be as transparent as possible, evvnt always sends a detailed report to each client.
