A new event partnership has been formed between London-based event marketing specialist evvnt, and online event registration and ticketing specialist Bookitbee.
The companies have banded together to provide a more integrated solution for event organisers, who are looking not only to sell tickets online, but also market their event online.
Organisers registering an event can now click on ‘Tools’ and ‘Promote Your Event’ to select one of the four promotional bundles most relevant to their needs.
Spanning from training days and conferences to major exhibitions and festivals, the partnership ensures there is a bundle to suit the requirements of every event organiser.
“Our partnership with Bookitbee underlines our interest in working with ‘best of class’ event technology companies committed to providing event organisers with effective services,” evvnt’s chief executive Richard Green said.
“By adding evvnt to the organiser’s marketing tool box this will go some way towards becoming an essential part of their marketing mix to ensure they save time and money.”
Following the submission of an event, a specialist team reviews the listing manually to ensure it is place on the most relevant sites for the event.
Within 48-hours, organisers receive a report in the form of a dashboard, listing all the sites and apps the event has been placed on, as well as a summary of the traffic that has been generated.
Bookitbee’s co-founder Kenton Ward says the partnership completes the circle, incorporating every element of event marketing.
“Organisers can now choose to pay a small fee to promote their event quickly and easily to 50 event listing sites and networks, saving hours of manual work,” Ward said.
“This is an additional marketing tool which can make a real impact on events.”
