Something to Smile About 2015 1 day festival at the Thornensians Rugby Ground. Thorne charity events use live entertainment to raise money and awareness for various Charities & Local Community Projects. The benefactors from this event were CLAPA, Autism Plus, Jacks House, Miners Welfare, Thorne Conservation Group, The Foodbank & the Air, Sea & Army Cadets of Thorne. The main stage featured some of the best bands on the festival circuit and best talent from across the north such as – Ferocious Dog, Land of The Giants, Funke & the Two Tone Baby, and Twisted Dolls. The Cabaret stage had a full day of acoustic acts, poets, spoken word and comedy sets.
