Our Home Delivery World event started out as a launch event in 2013 and has exploded into an enormous expo with three separate conferences in just two years. The success of this event has been so great that the only way to actually encompass our entire audience is to expand to the West Coast! We’re excited to be running Home Delivery World West along with the Click & Collect and Etail Show West in San Diego this year.

Together, these events will address new models of customer engagement, pickup solutions and omnichannel opportunities. From crowd-sourced delivery to lockers, customer care to retention and personalization to new customer experience strategies, this is the event for retail executives to learn all they need to know to enhance their delivery and eCommerce programs in the West Coast all in one place.

Home Delivery World West brings together etailers and retailers with strong regional presence in the West Coast to discuss their regional strategies and learn from their peers.
